Alisia Dragoon is a well-made shooting and platforming game that despite low sales remained a sleeper hit on the Genesis.

Debug Mode

During the intro, hold A when the Sega logo fades out. Release A and hold B when the Game Arts logo fades out. Release B and hold C when the Gainax logo fades out. Release C and press Start when "Music composed by Mecano Associates" fades out. A sound will confirm correct entry.

During gameplay, press A on Controller 2 to initiate frame advance mode. The game will advance by one frame each time the button is tapped. Press B on Controller 2 to release this mode.

Holding a button on Controller 1 while releasing frame advance mode will cause additional effects:

  • Right - Level up monster companion.
