Bobby's World is an unreleased Super Game Boy-enhanced platformer based on the Howie Mandel cartoon of the same name.

The game was first announced as Home Alone 2: Kevin's Dream in 1994. Nintendo Power Volume 67 (December 1994) briefly mentioned the change, noting "Now with a change of license and a Super Game Boy dash of color, it looks better and plays the same. Too bad." Both versions of the game were among the September 2020 lotcheck leaks.

Unused Level

Both Kevin's Dream and Bobby's World contain a cut sixth level which takes place in an arcade and has three sections based on Space Invaders ("Marv's Revenge"), Pac-Man ("Doofus") and Donkey Kong ("Donkey Cow"). Game Genie code 03C-97D-E62 (for Kevin's Dream) or 03F-FAD-E62 (for Bobby's World) will start the game at the cut level.

A Vidpro card for Kevin's Dream, showing what would have been the game box, mentions a level taking place "inside his favorite video games".

Gameplay and Level Differences

  • Bobby is slightly shorter than Kevin, which affects the height at which the projectile is thrown. This is most noticeable in the final boss: Kevin can hit the eye in the middle just by standing next to the boss, while Bobby needs to attack in mid-air.
  • The second moving platform in the fourth level moves clockwise in Kevin's Dream and counter-clockwise in Bobby's World.
