Mission Failed but Completed
In missions where you have to ram a vehicle, quite often you can succeed just by following the vehicle until time runs out. If this bug happens, the timer will show as 00:00:256 (00:00:00 in the Japanese version).
Random Timer
Sometimes, in "The Negatives", the timer may give you only a second or so to complete the mission.
