Probably best known for starting the Command & Conquer series, though they did quite a lot of other good titles.
Bought by Electronic Arts in 1998, the company was closed down entirely in 2003 after their games somehow failed to sell. Luckily, most of the original development team has since reassembled outside of EA's grasp as Petroglyph Games.
