The Source Developer Asset Repository is a repo full of all manner of unused/early content for many Source Engine games. For someone to have gained to the repository, one must obtain a license from Valve Software at the cost of $2,500 after your project was approved for licensing and sign a non-disclosure agreement. Despite the NDA requirement and fee, many files from the repository have been leaked online over the years, which ultimately come ahead in January of 2023 when the repo in its entirety was leaked.

The repo sheds some light on all sorts of odd unused concepts found in Valve's games. Cut content from the original Half-Life in it's Source remake, numerous cut maps from Day of Defeat: Source to a whooping 61 Gigabytes of files related to Team Fortress 2.
