So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?
SOMETIMES I SEE A TEXT BOX AND I JUST CAN'T HELP MYSSDFGFFDHFGDJGGFSHGDFH
This page sucks.
If you could make it suck less, that would be awesome.
Specifically: Severely lacking in terms of info and content
Hmmm...
To do:
Document this prototype build if you have this, seem like someone got this debug 12 build long ago

Frank West is back (now voiced by Ty Olsson Victor Nosslo) and also back in the same town of Willamette!

The game went through development hell, starting as a The Last of Us ripoff that was meant to serve as a series reboot, before being rejected and the team tasked to work on the game with only a year and a half of dev time left. This definitely shows as the game launched with a myriad of bugs and glitches, also lacking the timer and many other core staples of the franchise. It was the last game made by Capcom Vancouver before they shut down in 2018 although they had planned make other sequel in Unreal engine for first time. This is first game in this series has modding protection

Placeholder/Scrapped Objective

A rare glitch in MP may cause this to randomly appear upon opening the dossier. It appears to be a scrapped objective from Case 0, where Frank would have needed to drive a "secret surveillance vehicle" to the marked point using "the ramps". Vick Chu is using her Case 6 appearance but without her hat.

Unused Area

There is a large tunnel underneath the Willamette Army Reserve that is never seen during Case 0.

Combo Vehicle Blueprint Text

Hmmm...
To do:
Make a notes page to put this in.

Like the previous game, the combo vehicle blueprints have text on them that is hard to read.

Key:

  • # INCOMPREHENSIBLE = Cannot read this word. "#" represents the number of consecutive words that cannot be read.
  • COMPLETELY INCOMPREHENSIBLE = Can't read this sentence at all.
  • (lowercase text) = Personal comment.

Evan's theme from Dead Rising 2: Off The Record is in the files as "Toy Store 2", suggesting it was meant to be used in a toy store.
