Dream Team Basketball was to be published by U.S. Gold, only to be cancelled soon after being acquired (and subsequently closed) by Eidos Interactive in April 1996.

A build dated June 18, 1996 was released by Hidden Palace as part of "Project Deluge". While the disc has "BETA 70%" written on it, the game is at a fairly early state with slow-paced gameplay, sluggish load times, minimal audio in the form of a few sound effects, and unfinished AI.

Unused Sounds

Four short clips for an announcer are present in the files.
