Hmmm...
To do:
There's a lot of other Movie Mode text by various characters in the game. Is this based on memory card save data? Here is a text dump of the text. A DUMMY.BIN file which looks like a video.

Movie Mode

Pressing Circle, X, R1, L1, Start when the Abel logo is on-screen will send you to this mode which plays all movie files. After pressing the button combo, do not press any other button. Wait for the logo to fade out.

Test Script

80015998 5045
800159A0 69BB
800159AA 3042

With the above code on, pressing no button at the Abel logo will boot into an unused movie mode which is like the mode above with the cheat button combination. However, holding L1 will boot into a test script. This test script was normally set up in a way if the player held L1 at the Abel Logo, they would be taken to a test scenario, however that's not possible the way the logic is set up because the controller routine does not have enough time to setup (the buttons never get registered).

The test script cycles through various screen effects, and does various other script tests.

Unused Button Combination

Present at 0x80091664 in memory is an unused button combination (Circle, X, R2, L2, Right, Left, Up, Down). There appears to be no code that makes use of this. It's possible this was attached to the test script routine at one point.
