Faria: A World of Mystery & Danger! (or just Faria, if you prefer) is a rather ambitious game, combining the overworld and progression of Dragon Quest and the battle system of The Legend of Zelda, made by the same people later responsible for the cult-classic Lunar and Grandia series.

While said games are often regarded as being quite great, Faria...isn't, though it's still an interesting footnote in the company's history.

Debug Passwords

These are for the US version.

  • GaoGao - Start game with maximum everything.
  • ENDING - Start game with all ending flags set.

Sound Test

In the Japanese version, enter the password むしか. Interestingly, the Sound Test loads the "Music composer" graphics bank from the credits sequence and uses an image that goes unused in the actual ending.
