Felony 11-79 is the localization of the first game in the Runabout series of mission-based driving games.

Test Course

The Test Course can be selected normally in the game as Test Run to try out your car setup. However, replacing the files for Stage 1 (Down Town) with the files for Stage 4 (Test Course) will display two unused screens as the game loads. The graphics are in Japanese in all regions of the game.
