Build Dates

Throughout some of the game's files, but mostly in the .ELF executable, several build dates can be found.
The .C filenames are used in a crash handler. (For example, by underclocking the CPU, and thus making the game crash, the corresponding C file name that crashed will show up.) Same applies for the arcade version.
