Iron Tank is a game featuring one of the most pissed-off programmers in the history of the NES.

KNT's Rant

Hmmm...
To do:
Who is Mr. T?

Present at 0x1B518 in the ROMs for all versions is a rather colorful rant by Yukio Kaneda, who also programmed Guerrilla War. (Note that line breaks were added for readability; the original contains none.)

PROG. NO KNT DESU.
NINTENDO NO BOKE AHO-KASU SHINE TSUBURERO-
FAMICOM NANKA KIRAIDA-!
Aho no Mr.T!! Koroshitannen!
Original Japanese Translated
PROG. NO KNT DESU. PROGKNTです。 This is the programmer, KNT.
NINTENDO NO BOKE AHO-KASU SHINE TSUBURERO- 任天堂のボケ、アホカス!死ね!潰れろー! Those idiots at Nintendo are fucking assholes! Die! Go bankrupt!
FAMICOM NANKA KIRAIDA-! ファミコンなんか嫌いだー! I hate the Famicom!!
Aho no Mr.T!! Koroshitannen! 阿呆のMr.T!!殺したんねん! That idiot, Mr. T!! I'll fucking kill him!!
(Translation: GlitterBerri, RahanAkero)

Hmmm...
To do:
Crosses, staff roll.

All of the Nazi imagery was scrubbed from the US release. The evil mansion at the end of the game was also changed from red to blue.

Credits

Most of the staff members used aliases in the Japanese version and the ones that used their real names had the surnames listed first (such as SNK producer Eikichi Kawasaki, who is listed as Kawasaki Eikichi). In the U.S. version, everyone is credited under their real names in westernized order (given name first). Oddly enough, Kitsuteru became Kituteru in the U.S. version, despite not being a conventional romanization of the name. A "Jim Hernandez" was also added to the Special Thanks list.
