Level Select

If the invulnerability dipswitch is turned on, a level select can be accessed during gameplay by pressing 1P Buttons 1 + 3. Button 3 is not used by the game otherwise, though it is present in the input test in the service menu and does function there.

The Japan version title logo has different animation: the letters in BASH slide in from right to left, and the fist in the logo punches in and cracks the B.
