The LittleBigPlanet 2 Cross-Controller App is a modified version of LittleBigPlanet PS Vita that connects your PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 3 systems together in order to play and create Cross-Controller levels in LittleBigPlanet 2. Nearly all of the content from the original Vita game is present in the data, but the vast majority of it is inaccessible through normal means.

The note tool uses an icon based on what it looks like in the Vita game; in the actual Vita game, however, the note tool uses the one from LBP2. The icon is present in the original Vita game's files, just unused.
