Megumi Rescue is basically Sega's take on the classic game Breakout.
Round Select
At the title screen, wait for the first demo to start playing. Once it does, press any button to return to the title screen. Now hold the paddle all the way to the right and press Pause twice, then hold the paddle all the way to the left and again press Pause twice. If done correctly, the round select pictured above will appear.
