Namco Classic Collection Vol. 1 is an arcade collection of classic Namco games, including Galaga, Xevious (along with Super Xevious as an option) and Mappy. It also includes 3 new versions of the games with re-arranged elements, hence their names, Galaga Arrangement, Xevious Arrangement and Mappy Arrangement.

Unfortunately, Namco doesn't like re-releasing the Arrangement games too often anymore, nor is there a "Super Xevious Arrangement".

Easter Egg

Mappy Arrangement contains a secret "realistic animals" mode where Mappy, Goro and the Mewkies are replaced with a realistic mouse and realistic cats. To activate the easter egg, hold Buttons 1 and 2 on the Mappy Arrangement title screen and press any Start button while holding the buttons.
