The CD-i Name That Tune is a licensed adaptation of the game show of the same name (more specifically, the format is based on that of a 1989 pilot that didn't sell in the US but did make it to other countries). The game is hosted by Bob Goen, who had never helmed a TV version of Tune but had hosted a number of game shows prior to (and after) this point.
Also of note is that this was developed by the same team behind Hotel Mario. Yes, really.
