In his second arcade outing, Pajama Sam's Lost & Found, Sam gets a bit dirty and has to clean up his room. His room is so messy that he doesn't know where to start, though, so he begins a search for all minor things with all of his friends. Said things include teddy bears, microscopes, bonus puzzle pieces, basketballs, bonus puzzle pieces, footballs, flashlights, comic books, and bonus puzzle pieces. Also, bonus puzzle pieces.

Are you tired of this yet? Get used to it, as Sam will remind you every two seconds.

Unused Subtitles

Just like with many Humongous games, unused subtitles exist. They can only be accessed by adding

TextOn=1

to hegames.ini or scummvm.ini, or by using ScummVM's UI.

Unused Rooms

LostAndFoundRoom7.png

By typing room 7 in ScummVM's debugger, you are taken to this blank instructions screen with a blue background. Clicking "OK" then just takes you to the ending scene.

LostAndFoundRoom22.png

Likewise, typing room 22 in ScummVM's debugger takes you to another instructions screen, but this one has "Instructions" crossed out, an orange background, and a tired computer monitor. Clicking "OK" here takes you to the credits. This was presumably used for debugging purposes.

Unused Graphics

LostAndFoundFace1.png

This MS Paint smiley face is found and duplicated multiple times near the beginning of 'lost.(a).

LostAndFoundFace2.png

Another MS Paint smiley. It's duplicated multiple times throughout the files.

LostAndFoundPalette.png

An image presumably for testing palettes. It's also duplicated multiple times.

LostAndFoundUnusedEnemy.gif

A... disconcerting early design for the "toll booth" enemy. Whether it's meant to resemble a developer or not is unknown.

Hmmm...
To do:
Find the right palette, if it still exists.

Unused Music

Not counting the "Funky" music (see below), there are four unused music loops that don't fit with the rest of the game's music.

Special Passwords

Humongous just couldn't resist throwing in yet another strange Easter egg. By typing CRAZY in the password box, all of the background and item layers start bobbing up and down in a wave-like pattern, which may come off as a bit disorientating.

Typing FUNKY causes some self-proclaimed funky music to start playing, which doesn't really help if the previous cheat has already been enabled.

On the less strange side of things, typing BONUS will take you to the bonus games menu where you can play the bonus games as much as you like, while ENDIT skips straight to the game's ending.
