Crab Costume
On early prerelease screenshots, the Crab Costume looked very different. It was more of a Klutzy doll than a full on costume for a penguin to wear.

EPF Training Area
On the river section in the EPF Training Area of Mission 1, the river looked more simplistic and less detailed. The fish costume, rubber ducky and the box with items are also missing.

Cutscenes
A cutscene featuring Rookie spying on Herbert was originally going to play at some point in the game. This cutscene can also be seen in the game's trailer.
