Several sprites were either swapped around for different areas, given minor touchups or changed completely for the final version.
Shop Prices
Four of the Super Shop's items are cheaper in the prototype.

As a result of these changes, the tile used for denoting a price of 800¥ ended up being replaced with a tile used for denoting a price of 2000¥ in the final version.
