A PAL prototype of the Nintendo 64 version of South Park Rally was found and dumped by AndrewEarly7 on January 22nd, 2021. It is dated January 8th, 2000.[1]

Gameplay Differences
General Differences
- Scrolling through the Select Dude menu is much slower.
- No text shows up on screen when picking up one of the hidden items.
- Checkpoints were called Grids, for example in the options menu.
Mayor
Mayor McDaniels can be seen introducing each race in the top corner of the screen like she does in the Windows version. In the final game, only her voice is heard.
Countdown

The countdown is green and translucent in the prototype, while in the final game it's opaque and gradually goes from red to green.
Pause Menu

- The coin appears darker in the prototype.
