Windows 2.1 prototype?

I saw that on an article (https://www.solitairecardgames.com/the-man-behind-solitaire) that Wes Cherry, developer of Solitaire had revealed in 2016 that he had "actually" made the game for Windows 2.1 back in 1988! There is no image, no shared file for people to download, play or investigate. It must be text based as Macintosh pioneer, Susan Kare made the deck in 1989 on an IBM PC.
