At the password screen, enter 1, 1, 1 as a password, then hold Down+Select+I and press Run to activate. Release the buttons to access the debug menu pictured on the left, which allows every cutscene in the game to be viewed and every fight in the game to be played. Press Select in the menu to access the debug screen pictured on the right, which allows the game mode, stage, player gender, and number of credits to be modified.
