Likely intended to show when Playa reaches the vantage point. Another message displays instead.

MSN_LC05_SNIPER=Sniper about to fire!

It seems that there was supposed to be a second part of the mission where the Police notices the sniper, thus having to get away from the police. It even matches up with the cutscene after the mission, showing the police at the failed drug deal. Oddly, the WMCOP lines uses the WFCOP lines.

There seemed to originally be a time limit for the strip club. Curiously, no matter what time Playa and Dex arrive, it'll always change to nighttime.

Unused mission failure string for not being able to get the explosives installed within the car. Going to the Police Station without the bomb doesn't fail the mission, but destroying the car bomb displays the "The car with the explosives was destroyed." message.
