The fourth installment in the Sakura Wars series. Sadly, it was released late in the Dreamcast's lifespan due to this installment being made not only as a swan song for the franchise's time on Sega's hardware or as a conclusion to the protagonist's story but as a "gift" from the developers to long-term fans of the series.

CD Warning (Dreamcast)

If you play the disc for the Dreamcast version on a CD player other than a Dreamcast, a warning featuring the voice of the protagonist, Ichiro Ogami, will play.

Ogami: "No way, are they trying to play this disc on a regular CD player?! This is a Dreamcast disc! If they play it on a regular CD player, it might cause irreparable damage! We have to set it inside a Dreamcast! Ogami Combat Revue, move out!!"
