Sega MultiMedia Studio is a demonstration disc made by the then-recently formed (and short-lived) Sega Multimedia Studio to show off the technical capabilities of the Sega CD at Summer CES 1992, prior to the system's US release.

The demo gained notoriety due to many magazines and outlets reporting that it was a Sega CD version of Sonic the Hedgehog 2, due to the demo's repeated appearances of Sonic.

The demo was released on October 25, 2019 by drx as part of Hidden Palace's Sonic Month, as well as to commemorate The Cutting Room Floor's 10th Anniversary.
