Holding Circle + Triangle + Left Analog Stick Left + Right Analog Stick Left while the game is first starting up will allow access to this screen.

Having Debug mode (-dev key) set to yes will enable a debug mode on Controller 2 while in-game.

Pressing X or Start on Controller 2 will enable an option. Use the D-Pad to change debug options.

Do nothing (S/S) Does nothing.
Set/Clear idle Freezes game-play when toggled on.
Object picker Shows selected graphic information.
Profile (5000 evt) Doesn't work. Would have been a network option.
Profile (8000 evt) Doesn't work. Would have been a network option.
Profile (10000 evt) Doesn't work. Would have been a network option.
Toggle focus Unknown. Shows "4" on the screen.
Reload mipmap.dat Doesn't appear to do anything.
Reload sound.dat Doesn't appear to do anything.
Reload changed sliders Doesn't appear to do anything.
Quit from game Exits to the PS2 home screen.
Next lap Advances a lap.
Start race Starts the race.
Start replay Starts a replay.
