Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator is a (frankly bizarre) trading simulator where you buy and sell kidneys, invest in child's hearts, and touch livers with your own hands.

It's also notable for featuring native support for the Kinect 2.0 and the Wiimote. No, seriously.
