Unused Parameters

The main race configuration parameter file, PLAY\BIKEGAME.CFG, contains two unused text parameters.
The first one, RiderNamesA, refers to the first CPU opponent, whose slot is always taken by the player. Its name would have been J. Alpha.
The second one, HumanPlayerName2, refers to a default name for the second player, which is never seen due to the absence of a 2-player mode in this game. Its name would have been B. Smith, the same as the second CPU opponent.
