Adjust dip switches so DSWA are all on and DSWB are all off (upright cabinet, infinite lives, hardest difficulty, and bonus life awarded at 50,000 points at first and 110,000 after that (60,000 and 130,000 in the Stern version; you also need to set the ships to "multi" in that version)). Then, press first and second player start, service credit, and service button together.
