Survival is the first game ever created about busting anthropomorphic viruses. Probably.

A copyright graphic for the developer, Microtrain, is at the end of the second graphics ROM. Microtrain goes uncredited in the final game. Indeed, their only credited game is Germ Wars, a currently-undumped game that might have been the predecessor to this one.
