GameUI.dll?

It says

"It appears that there were plans for hiring teammates. In the GameUI.dll file, there is text that reads: 

%s is not available for hiring!

"%s" would stand for the member you were trying to hire."

But I searched in my Counter-Strike game files and there isn't any GameUI.dll. --EctoBiologist15 (talk) 08:15, 27 December 2017 (EST)
