Skull

There's a character in this game that has apparently been a known variable for character modifier GameShark codes for some time but I don't know if anyone has realized he's unused yet.

Using code 80122773 0029 (for player one) or 80122783 0029 (for player two) before starting a match will replace that player's chosen character with Vito "The Skull" LoGrasso of Da Baldies.

He left for WCW during development, which is probably why he was removed. That said, he's still mostly complete. Here's what I've noticed:

- He doesn't have any voice samples. This means his pre-match taunt will have to be manually skipped since the game will otherwise keep waiting for one that doesn't exist. (This can softlock the game if simulation is enabled.)

- He won't be mentioned by name during commentary, not even as a generic "player one" like created wrestlers.

- He has a full set of alternate costumes and a portrait.

- His entrance motion is the same as The Trainer's, which is different from the other Baldies.

- For some reason he uses Sabu's theme. To be fair neither of the other Baldies share a theme, but still.

- His moveset was apparently also given to Sound Guy Randy, as previously observed by a FAQ writer back in 2003.

Adding this entry. Thanks for the info, Wxbryant. I fully tested it on an actual N64 and HR cartridge. -Aurelian

Skull part 2

Tried to add the Skull character. Sorry for the mess, but the image uploading on this otherwise incredible site is horrible. Those images were a LOT small before the uploader enlarged them.
