Article Quality

This is a really low-quality article and needs a lot of work before you can move it out of your userspace. --BMF54123 (talk) 17:50, 26 December 2013 (EST)

Alright, I'll work on it some more. But I'll need help from others to see if anything else is unused (in addition to those sounds). The sounds were the only things I could view in the game files, everything else I can't open. --SpongeBat1 (talk) 18:50, 26 December 2013 (EST)
Would you say the article is good enough to move out of the userspace? I know it's far from complete, but there's actually something here now. --SpongeBat1 (talk) 20:34, 17 March 2014 (EDT)
Remove all the first-person references and editor's notes and it should be fine. It should ideally have a title screen, too. --BMF54123 (talk) 20:44, 17 March 2014 (EDT)

Strings of Interest

Just plopping on here to say I have a PS1 copy of the game, and while checking the text in a hex editor, I found a few strings which may or may not prove interesting to you. Multiple text references pertaining to Mrs. Crabtree and the Chickenlover are grouped in with all of the other playable characters, including what I assume is character model data (it's grouped in with "BODY") which heavily supports your idea that they were intended to be playable. I was not able to find the same data concerning Santa though, as the only reference he had on the disc was grouped in with terrain objects.

There was also a reference to a "MEGA-ZANTHAR" within the items, which I have literally no ideas on what it is (some sort of Mega Man item?), but the South Park wiki doesn't list it as an item, hence my placing it here. The CDIMAGE file also contains filler strings to fill up empty space, which is just "TANTALUS" repeated constantly. Sorry I can't be of more assistance - the disc itself doesn't actually work on any of my systems and I haven't actually played the game in years because of that, so a few of the things I mentioned may actually be in the game. I thought Zanthar sounded familiar, and I think its the "Triangle of Zinthar" that was in the episode Mecha-Streisand (http://southpark.wikia.com/wiki/Diamond_of_Pantheos#The_Triangle_of_Zinthar). Also found a couple of files referring to Kenny's Dad in the PC versions art files (kennysfather.vram & kennysfather.rbh) I know for a fact he does not appear in the game at all. Any way these files could be opened up? TheBluegeek (talk)

I was going through the strings on the N64 versions and found what seems to be references to Ms.Cartman, Scuzzlebutt and Mrs.Broflovski, characters not available in this version. Im not 100% sure on this though, since the letters in the strings seem to be scrambled for whatever reason (ie. Ms.Cartman = Cm aMrtmnas or something like that). Chicken Lover, Mrs.Crabtree etc. are also grouped with the other playable characters, further implying that they might have been playable characters at one point. TheBluegeek (talk)
