xmission cheat

The 'xmission' cheat exists in both this game and its sequel (egames.exe @ 3C130), and seems like it can only be activated by hacking the save files (Data\info###.blp). Activating it unlocks features in the mission designer allowing you to edit the game's normal levels and place otherwise restricted objects. There is a YouTube video showing the cheat in Speedy Eggbert 2 along with a link to a hacked savefile, but I do not currently know what exactly triggers the cheat. I don't know either. I've asked Messerschmitt what triggers the cheat in the save. --Torchickens 14:47, 27 May 2013 (EDT)
Update: He doesn't know what triggers it. :( --Torchickens 08:59, 28 May 2013 (EDT)
In info###.blp, setting the 16-bit value at 86 to non-zero will enable the xmission cheat in both the first and second games. MainMemory 12:59, 28 May 2013 (EDT)

I know it's such a tiny difference but..

Shouldn't the revisional difference of demo version be under a Proto page? --Hiccup (talk) 14:49, 16 January 2014 (EST)

I don't think an entire Proto: page needs to be made just for that. --BMF54123 (talk) 15:05, 16 January 2014 (EST)

That dr. message in the 0.8 Proto

It probably stands for 'Daniel Roux', the main developer of this (and of the other Blupi) games. --Kak64 (talk) 12:42, 9 September 2017 (EDT)
