Released a couple of days after the 2000 Jim Carrey movie was released to audiences, The Grinch for Game Boy Color was also the only Grinch game released in Japan.

Document the menu and, if possible, get Game Genie codes for other regions.
Notice the alien key layout.

Use the following Game Genie Codes to activate a Debug Mode for Japanese v1.0 copies of the game instead of the title screen:

Sound Credit

Though composed by Rie Fukuda, The Grinch uses Jun Yamaguchi's sound engine and has a credit at 0xF570C (US ROM), similar to The Mummy.

The title graphic was changed for the US/European version of the game. The menu options and copyright text were also moved up to accommodate the "LICENSED BY NINTENDO" text. The "." after "KONAMI" was removed.
