Apparently the model and textures for to costumes exist.

There is an unused alternate version of Bam Margera dressed as a fry cook complete with a set of decks for him. Exclusive to the PlayStation version is the kitchen themed "Little Big World" level, perhaps the two were connected. Additionally, the GBA version does have an unlockable character named Fry Cook.
