So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 is the tenth installment in the WWE professional wrestling video game series. The game introduced new features such as an Inferno match, tag team revamp and four new game modes: Create-a-Finisher, Road to WrestleMania, Career mode and Multiplayer Season.

Leftover Strings

24/7 mode

The string.pac file contains strings left over from its predecessor. These strings relate to 24/7 mode, a feature that was absent from the game. The strings are at the offsets below in the Xbox 360 version of the game.

0XEB4E:

Unable to configure voice settings
because Divas cannot be used in 24/7 mode.

0X1B43B:

Configure whether to base your Superstar's strength
on the original settings,
or whether to start out as a rookie for  24/7 mode.

Test Animations

Hmmm...
To do:
Get these animations showing up in-game.

The game contains the files TNyujyo.pac and TWinning.pac, which reveal a range of test animations when opened up. The TNyujyo file includes ids 4893 to 4953 while the TWinning one has ids 9900 to 9905; however, there is also a third file called TSeason.pac that does not contain any content or information whatsoever. This suggests these files are only meant for testing purposes

Test Model

Hmmm...
To do:
Provide a model render.

The game includes a hidden model in the game files called ch229.pac, which when opened reveals files from E500 to E532 with certain files missing (E514 to E521 and E523 to E531). Enabling the character stat file will give players access to a pair of boots. This particular model is referred to as Material Library Model by developers, allowing them an opportunity for testing out different materials, thus explaining why there are so many associated files.

The Godfather

Data for professional wrestler The Godfather is included in DLC files for the PS3 version of Smackdown vs Raw 2009. The character data includes separate in-ring and entrance attires as well as an unused entrance with managers and theme. These features were not announced nor talked about until The Godfather's appearance in WWE '13 four years later. Additionally, this character has some hidden moves. The Godfather's character data is nowhere to be found on the Xbox 360 version. (Credits to Piloun1 for discovering the unused Godfather character data, and to justYn1893 for the restored in-game screenshot)
