Generic table row template for use on TF2FileListings.
Parameters
file- Filename of the file.
- Will be formatted with the {{fn}} template.
desc- Description of the file.
src- Where the filename was found, if it is not present in the base game files.
- If left blank/not specified, will default to "Base game files."
cut- If the file was cut from the game files, set this parameter to anything.
- Adds a little ✂️ icon beside the file name with a tool tip explaining its status.
repo- If the file is not at all obtainable by the general public, set this parameter to anything.
- Adds a little 🔒 icon beside the file name with a tool tip explaining its status.
