This port of the Nintendo 64 hit was ordered by management very late in the game's development, and as such it suffers from a rushed development process by a team inexperienced in the PlayStation's quirks. The end result runs at a framerate that sometimes even hits the dizzying heights of 10fps, with many effects and audio clips missing in action.

So naturally, this is the only version the developers of the 2021 Remaster were able to dig up source code for. Good thing they're good at reverse-engineering PC versions!
