Unused Music

BGM602 is an unused song that does not seem as polished as the others. Could have been used for the Service Bay.

Unused Map

The room with the ID 0x0E is called NODATA(US English). Based on the design of the room as well as it's connected maps it seems to be an unused room on Kollin in the NPP Headquarters which was planned to be a corridor leading to Commander Grant's office.

To access the room you need to press L + R while going through a loading zone and having the Action Replay code enabled. The code works for the USA and European version of the game.

Action Replay Code
94000130 FCFF0000
023DB0D4 0000000E
123DB0FA 00000001
D2000000 00000000

The map is just a corridor with nothing but a single NPC, which is the same one that can be found in the Command Room. The north side of the room has an elevator that brings the player to the Lobby (1F) and Tactical Floor (2F) of the NPP Headquarters. However, the elevator does not function correctly and spawns the player out of bounds on these maps resulting in a softlock. The southern exit contains a door that loops the door-opening animation. Using this exit brings the player to the Command Room.
