On the disk version only, offset 0x8 in the file DISKMSX.COM contains the following credit:
Superﾀﾞｲｾﾝﾘｬｸ for MSX2 Ver1.0 Programed by Southern Create Co, Sep.1989
Curiously, the "Sep" part does not line up with this version's release, meaning it could have been modified from somewhere else.
