'Rank' Graphics

Going back through the graphics for the game again, I remembered that there were files with names referring to some kind of 'rank'. There were two kinds- regular ranks and 'rank comments'. The ranks are A+, A, B, and C, and the comments are "Congratulations!", "Great!", "Nice!", and "Good!".
I initially thought these were from the evaluation portions of the Japanese version (hence why I mentioned that the graphics for that were "fully translated" in the edit summary when I first created this page, which I now know is incorrect), but after looking again, I was only able to find them in the English versions (of course maybe there was just something wrong with my file extractor). Are these ever used? Because I don't recall seeing them anywhere, unless my spotty memory is just making me forget something. --BirdGuts (talk) 00:53, 4 February 2022 (UTC)

Yes, you're right, those graphics are never used and are only present in the English version. I think that they might wanted to set up the evaluation system in some other way in the English version, but in the end, they scrapped it completely. Maybe the only way to find this out is to modify the game to reactivate that section, but I don't have enough knowledge to know how to do it.
On the other hand, a while ago I saw that the texts and fonts for this section are still in the game, although in Japanese. --Palas183 (talk) 14:40, 4 February 2022 (UTC)
