Regional Differences

In the ending where Adell kills Rozalin only for him to get possessed, the Japanese version has very disturbing audio of Adell killing and then eating the children. Clearly someone thought this was crossing the line, and it was removed from the audio in the international versions (can be heard at 8:10).
