Socks the Cat Rocks the Hill stars the titular real-life pet of then-US President Bill Clinton. Having experienced many delays from a targeted 1993 release, it was ultimately cancelled due to the closure of intended publisher Kaneko's US branch.

After some years of eluding the public, the game was finished and released in 2018 after a Kickstarter campaign. Since the game was modified to make it more playable, it may not entirely reflect how the game was originally made.
