The debut adventure of Alex Kidd sees him traveling through Miracle World as he punches everything in sight and plays rock-paper-scissors with people with hands for heads.

In the Japanese version, when the ending message appears onscreen, press 1 (×14) on Controller 2, then press 1 or 2 on Controller 1.

Revisional Differences

Starting in 1990, some Master Systems featured a built-in version of the game with a few changes:

  • The copyright date was updated.
  • The original version used 1 to jump and 2 to punch. These were switched for the built-in version, resulting in a more conventional layout.
