Disney Golf is basically a Disney-themed reskin of T&E's PS2 launch title Golf Paradise (Swing Away Golf in the US).

This menu allows you to quickly select settings for a match. The menu background is from Golf Paradise. Selecting Traject Test simply sends you to the map you chose to test various ball drops.
