The game that introduced the limbless wonder: Rayman!

Representing the earliest release of Rayman, the Jaguar version has several differences from the game's later ports, notably a complete lack of ice physics, a less-refined soundtrack, fewer animations, and the fact that the final world, Candy Chateau, has entirely different levels.
