Super Tetris 3 is the followup to Super Tetris 2 + Bombliss, this time replacing the latter's Bombliss mode with the brand-new "Sparkliss" and "Magicaliss" modes, plus a four-player "Familiss" mode for Multitap owners.

On boot, the game will attempt to detect if it's running on pirate hardware by checking the amount of available SRAM. If there's more than there should be, a "No Copy" screen is displayed.

Similarly, if the game detects that it's running on a PAL console, a typical region error screen shows up instead.
