Free Movement Mode

Pause the game and press Up, Up, C, C, Down, Right, C, A, C, Left, Right. A sound will confirm correct entry. Unpause the game, and Sylvester will have turned into an angel, and can be moved around with the D-Pad. Pause and enter the code again to deactivate.
